These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Blue Ridge Pumping LLC, operating as Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping, located at 226 Floyd Rd, Canon, GA 30520. By scheduling, booking, or accepting services from Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping provides professional concrete line pumping services to residential homeowners, general contractors, and concrete finishers within a 2-hour service radius of Canon, GA. Services include but are not limited to residential foundation and footing pours, elevated pours, slab pours, driveway and walkway pours, commercial slab pours, and lake home and waterfront concrete pours.

The scope of each job is determined at the time of booking based on information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if actual job conditions differ materially from those described at booking.

Scheduling & Booking

Jobs are scheduled by phone or text at 706-829-2647 or by submitting a bid request at blueridgepumping.com. Scheduling is subject to equipment and crew availability. A job is considered booked when confirmed verbally or via text message by Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible and ready for pumping at the scheduled time. This includes adequate vehicle and equipment access, proper form setup, and coordination with the ready-mix concrete supplier.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled job start time will incur no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled job start time may be subject to a trip charge at the discretion of Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping.
• If Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping arrives on-site and the job cannot proceed due to site conditions, access issues, or customer unreadiness not communicated in advance, the minimum trip charge of $675 will apply.
• Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping reserves the right to reschedule or cancel jobs due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is bid-based and determined by job location, pour type, and estimated yardage. Our standard structure is a base trip charge plus a per-yard rate. A minimum trip charge of $675 applies to all jobs.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job. Currently accepted payment methods include check made payable to Blue Ridge Pumping LLC.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping reserves the right to adjust pricing based on fuel surcharges, material costs, or extraordinary job conditions. Any pricing changes will be communicated prior to the start of work.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you have a concern about the services provided, please contact us within 7 days at blueridgecps@gmail.com or 706-829-2647 and we will work to address the issue.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job location, pour type, and yardage estimates at the time of booking.
• Ensure site access for equipment is clear and adequate prior to the scheduled arrival time.
• Coordinate ready-mix concrete delivery timing with the pumping schedule.
• Ensure all required permits are obtained prior to the pour date.
• Provide a safe working environment free of hazards that could endanger crew or equipment.

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customer failure to meet these responsibilities.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim. Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or project delays.

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other subsurface structures unless their location was clearly marked and communicated prior to the job.

By providing your phone number to Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping, you consent to receive transactional and service-related text messages, including scheduling confirmations, job reminders, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

By providing express written consent at the time of inquiry or booking, you may also receive promotional and marketing messages. This consent is not required as a condition of service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Franklin County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

Blue Ridge Concrete Pumping reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at blueridgepumping.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
